Cyfish 39 Pilot 'AEGIR'

Pictured here is the lastest and probably the greatest quality launching fom the Cygnus yard. A twin screw Cyfish 39 Pilot finished to highest yacht standards by the dedicated Cygnus team. Powered by a pair of Yanmar 6LYA diesels rated at 370hp each, these engines whisk the 12 ton boat up to 27.5 knots with no trouble at all. Driving conventional down angle gearboxes and B.T. four bladed propellers the ride is so smooth and effortless.

Internally the fitout has a king size bed forward with a large heads and shower compartment. Galley space with Corion worktops, gas cooker, microwave, fridge and multi storage. The large wheelhouse saloon area has triple leather suspension seats,a U shaped dinette with all cream leather upholstery, drinks cabinet, wet weather gear locker, and masses of storage space.

The large flush after deck is clad in Tek- deck 'teak' effect planking and incorporates electric opening access hatches to the engine and generator spaces.Seat locker with cushions and backrests are fitted on the aft deck with a door to the boarding/bathing platform. The after platform has a boarding ladder and davits for the dinghy.

The full electronics package is a Raymarine integrated system with every possible feature, plus an Echopilot sonar, double VHF's,trimtabs, trolling valves, etc. Aegir will be based on the Essex coast and was specifically designed to have a minimum air draught to enable extensive inland waterway cruising and be capable of cross Channel voyages to the continental waterways.
